jlibrtp Android VoIP App: Decrease interval of rtcp messages

Hello!

I'm developing an android voip application. I transmit audio data by using the java library jlibrtp. Has anybody experience with this library and can tell me if it is possible to send RTCP messages in shorter intervals?
